Here are our recommended settings for use on your Smart Phone.  These settings will use encyption to send/receive email on your phone.  We recommend using IMAP.

Incoming Server
Username (example): john@company.co.nz
Server: mail.simplehost.co.nz
Port (IMAP): 993
Port (POP3): 995
Security type: SSL/TLS

Outgoing Server
SMTP Server: mail.simplehost.co.nz
Port: 465
Security type: SSL/TLS
Use a username/password ("Require sign-in") to send outgoing mail.

As always your username is your mailbox address - the same address you would use on your computers email client or when logging into webmail.

These settings were obtained using an Android phone, other phones may have slight naming differences for the settings.  If you run into problems let us know and we will do what we can to help out.
