We take spam seriously and go the extra mile to make sure your email remains as spam-free as possible.

We have multiple layers to our spam defense.  First port of call is our enterprise Fortigate Anti-spam appliances operating in HA.  Further spam protection is taken care of with our blacklist database checks, bayesian filtering and text classification running on each mailserver.

You may also choose to opt out of spam protection on your email address or domain, simply contact us and we will arrange this.

If you receive spam messages and would like to train our spam system to have them discarded in future, send us a support request and we'll setup your mailbox with a 'learn-spam' folder where you can drag spam messages and train our spam system.
