We keep a username for each account, you can host as many websites under your account username as you like. You can add new websites while logged into the control panel.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with our payment information and invoice.
Our staff will activate your account once payment has been cleared. Once your account is activated you will receive all the information you need to get your website or VPS setup.
New websites added to your account are setup automatically once you have an account. You can do this by logging into the control panel.

Billing
We bill you in advance from the start of your hosting term. Web hosting accounts are billed yearly, managed plans are billed monthly.
Card Security
We use Payment Express who are recommended by all major New Zealand Banks. Payment Express are fully certified as Visa AIS and MasterCard SDP (PCI-DSS) compliant at processor level. We also handle the 3D secure mechanism on credit cards for extra security.
